From your MYFIZIO homepage, click on MY VHEPS located on the menu to the lower right hand corner of your page. Next click on CREATE NEW VHEP. At this time you will have the option of creating a new VHEP AS A TEMPLATE, FOR AN EXISTING CLIENT, or FOR A NEW CLIENT.

Now add a TITLE and a DESCRIPTION (a brief overview of the program with any special instructions), and click CREATE. Next, you will be directed to go to the VIDEO DATABASE in order to add exercises to your program.

Simply click on the video thumbnail of the exercise that you want to add, then hit ADD TO VHEP. After adding all the exercises that you want, you may now go to each exercise and input the number of sets, reps, and hold times in the box to the right of the video thumbnail.

When you are done, click on SAVE CHANGES, then hit SEND TO CLIENT.

Locate the VHEP that you want to send to your client. Click on COPY TO. When prompted. input your new patient's name and email address. Make any necessary changes to the new program, SAVE CHANGES (if there are any), then click SEND TO CLIENT. It's as easy as that.

From your MYFIZIO homepage, click on CLIENTS located on the menu at the bottom right hand corner of your homepage. From your CLIENTS page, you can either browse through your entire list of ALL CLIENTS, or you can hit the SEARCH button and input the name or email address of the client you are looking for.

Once you locate your client you will also find a link to their current VHEP. You can click on this link to see the current program and from here you can modify the program as needed, or you can resend the program if necessary.

From your MYFIZIO homepage, click on CLIENTS located on the menu at the bottom right hand corner of your homepage. From your CLIENTS page, you can either browse through your entire list of ALL CLIENTS, or you can hit the SEARCH button and input the name or email address of the client you are looking for.

Once you locate your client you will also find a link to their current VHEP. You can click on this link to see the current program and from here you can modify the program as needed. You can add or delete exercises and change all notes and descriptions. After you have made your changes, click on SAVE CHANGES, then hit SEND TO CLIENT.

From your MYFIZIO homepage, simply click on MESSAGES located at the menu to the lower right hand corner of your page. Next, click on COMPOSE NEW MESSAGE, then use the drop down box to find the client you want to contact. Type in your message in the box below and click SEND MESSAGE. Your message will be sent to your client and they will be able to read your message the next time they access their exercise program.

You can use our support form on this page to send us a message, or mail us direct at info@fizio.com. If you use the contact form, please include an email address that we can use to contact you (and make sure that it is correct). Please remember to include your username and any relevant URLs or error messages.

If you are unable to log in to your FIZIO account, you have probably forgotten your username and/or password.  At the current time we do not have a system to automatically retrieve username and password information. Simply send us an email to info@fizio.com, include your name and email address, and we will gladly send you the required information.

You need to first click on the video thumbnail of the exercise you want to add. The video will start to play automatically. To the right of the video, you will see an icon that says ADD TO CURRENT VHEP.  When you click on that icon, the video will be added to your client's video home exercise program. To add another exercise, return to the VIDEO DATABASE and continue adding exercises as before.

If you cannot locate the specific exercise that you are looking for, you have two options. You can film and upload your own videos (go to our Learning Center for help), or you can fill out an EXERCISE REQUEST, which is located on your MYFIZIO homepage on the menu at the bottom right hand side of your page. Simply fill out the EXERCISE REQUEST and we will do the rest of the work for you.
